Our knowledgeable, experienced and welcoming in-store team are always on hand to deliver a complete aftercare service. That service includes providing you with detailed receipts and pictures of your purchases for the all-important insurance valuation, through to a complete repair, as well as servicing and cleaning service for jewellery and luxury watch brands. Additional services we provide include engraving, gift wrapping, and individual jewellery commissions.

Servicing your Rolex

As a Rolex Authorised Service Centre, we are proud to be part of the worldwide network of Rolex-trained watchmakers. Our accredited in-store watchmakers follow the Rolex Service Procedure, designed to ensure that every timepiece leaving our workshop complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications. If your jewellery needs cleaning to restore its lustre and shine, we offer a full cleaning service which can usually be carried out while you wait. If your jewellery is in need of repair, we can also do this for you.

Making sure your jewellery and valuables are regularly valued is vital for your insurance, while there are also other occasions when you will need a valuation such as for probate purposes. We have a registered valuer in-store who will provide a detailed and accurate valuation to make sure your valuables have the appropriate documentation.
