Luxury Jewellery Sales Professional

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our enthusiastic team in our luxury jewellery boutique in Cheltenham.
This role is ideal for an engaging, client-focused individual with a passion for jewellery, luxury retail, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them celebrate life’s most special moments.
Previous jewellery experience is advantageous, but we also welcome candidates from luxury retail, hospitality, or other premium customer-facing backgrounds who bring the right attitude and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience at every stage of the journey
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving repeat business
- Assist clients with fine jewellery purchases, providing expert guidance and recommendations
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and at external events
- Support networking and relationship-building within the local community
- Maintain impeccable showroom and visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to achieving sales and service targets alongside the wider team
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, both in-store and remotely
- Provide outstanding service across face-to-face, online, and telephone interactions
- Proactively engage clients and support sales growth
- Support store operations, including stock control and inventory management
- Assist with merchandising, window displays, and in-store presentation
- Attend and support private client appointments and in-store events
- Use stock systems and Excel confidently

Desirable Experience:
- Previous jewellery or luxury retail experience
- Background in premium hospitality or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of gemstones and precious metals (JET qualification beneficial)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
