Repairs Co-ordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and detail-oriented Repairs Co-ordinator who is methodical and possesses excellent client skills.
Responsibilities:
- Processing repairs of various types of jewellery and pearls.
- Processing watch repairs, with a focus on high-end brands such as Rolex.
- Utilise Pursuit software to manage repair orders, track inventory, and update customer records.
- Assess and diagnose issues with jewellery and watches, providing accurate estimates for repair costs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on repair status and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in jewellery and watch repairs, with specific expertise in handling Rolex watches preferred.
- Relevant understanding of jewellery making, watchmaking, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Pursuit or similar software systems for repair management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
