Delivery and Returns

Although the Site is directed at and intended for use and access by persons in England and Wales, we are also able to deliver to customers outside of England and Wales. We will deliver to you wherever you are in the world as long as your delivery address is the same as your billing address. The only exceptions are for Tiffany and Longines watch purchases which we are unable to ship outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland.

All of our deliveries are insured whilst in transit to your billing address until the time that they are signed for. At this point the responsibility and risk for the purchased products passes to you.

Delivery times from when you place your order are generally:

  • 1 and 3 working days to addresses in the United Kingdom and
  • 7 working days for overseas locations depending on distance from the United Kingdom

Except that where products are ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, your order will not be processed and the products will not be dispatched to your billing address until the next working day.


FREE next day delivery to mainland UK

Place your order by noon, Monday-Friday and, if the products are in stock, we will post them to you using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery™ Next Day service.

All parcels will need to be signed for.

£25 for delivery outside mainland UK

Deliveries outside mainland UK are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For™ and a signature will be required on receipt.

Delivery charges are not refundable for any products returned unless they are substitute products.

VAT will be applied to all orders dispatched within the UK, excluding the Channel Islands. Local sales taxes will be applied to all other EU destinations.

For all other deliveries, VAT will not be applied. However, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country the goods are being shipped to and it is likely that you will have to pay these before the order is released from customs on arrival.


If the products delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the products in question.

If you do not receive products ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at [email protected] of the problem within 37 days of the date on which you ordered the products.

If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:

  • to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
  • to replace or repair any products that are damaged or defective; or
  • to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question in whatever way we choose.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.

Once you have received your purchase, please check the item carefully before removing the security tag or destroying the packaging. We are unable to accept any returned products if they have been worn, if the security tag is unattached or if the original packaging is destroyed.

If you do wish to return an item in the event that there is problem with the product (damaged defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity) or you simply want to cancel the order, please email [email protected] within seven days of receipt of the item (commencing on the day after the product is received by you). Please outline the reason that you wish to return the product and we will send you a Return Code email.

Remember we will only accept a returned product if the product is unworn, in a fully re-saleable condition with the security tag attached and the item is enclosed in its original packaging.

Martin & Co reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item if the above conditions are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that you use a delivery service where the value of the products are fully insured as Martin & Co is not liable for products that are damaged or mislaid in transit. You are liable for the cost of the return of the products to us unless stated otherwise in this Returns Policy. In the event that you cancel your order after receipt of the items by you and we are required to pay for the delivery cost of the return of the products to us, we will be entitled to recover the delivery cost from you. The delivery costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you or charged to the card which you used to pay for the products.

Once your return has been received and processed, Martin & Co will email you and refund the price of the product, less any delivery charges, to the original purchaser’s credit card as stated in the order, within 30 days of receipt of your notice of cancellation or exchange the item or issue a Martin & Co credit note.

Please note that card refunds can take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

Also, if the purchase was sent to a destination outside the EU, Martin & Co is unable to refund customs duties and sales-taxes. However, you may be able to reclaim these by contacting your local customs office directly.

If you do not request a Return Code within seven working days of receiving your purchase and do not return the product within 14 days of receiving the Return Code email, or in the event of non-delivery, fail to contact us within 37 days of placement of your order, then any items you may wish to return will be at the discretion of Martin & Co and in the event, we decide to issue you with a refund, we will be entitled to provide this by way of a Martin & Co credit note only.

This Delivery and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and Martin & Co agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
